Molly Sebastian and Alison Berkley
Alison is a mom, educator, autism expert, human rights advocate and an insatiably curious lady. She has an BS in Psychology and a Master's degree in teaching. Her 19 years experience in the field of special education, has brought experience both inside and outside the classroom. As an entrepreneur, she co-founded the Emerge & See Education Center a decade ago which provided social and educational programs to the autism community. Built from the ground up that business flourished and grew into the Atlas Foundation, a non-profit organization and school for students ages 4-21 in New York City. Invictus Enterprises is a continuation of that growth and her endeavors to serve an ever-increasing number of students and families. Invictus is singularly focused on empowering and mobilizing the substantial numbers of young adults and adults with different abilities who are aging out of the school system or have already graduated.
Invictus co-founder Molly Sebastian is uniquely positioned within both her personal life and her professional career, connecting key people and building progressive, productive and dynamic communities. This expertise and ability to synthesize ideas and passions into feasible and real outcomes is of invaluable benefit to Invictus and the endeavors ahead. Molly has extensive and varied television production experience. She has overseen production as a ShowRunner, worked at crafting story as a Post Production Supervisor and created and developed original series as a Casting and Development Director. She has many years of experience researching and casting concepts and characters and developing those concepts into formatted shows. This includes creating the systems and framework for the production. Most recently, Molly has extended her ability to create and develop programming into developing programs for the community. Molly ‘s daughter is on the autism spectrum. Molly is driven and motivated to apply her production skills to create and develop social enterprises for her daughter and the extended community.
Lindsey Biel, OTR/L
Lindsey is a pediatric occupational therapist with a private practice in New York City where she evaluates and treats children and adolescents with autism, sensory processing issues, developmental delays, physical disabilities and other challenges. She is the coauthor of the award-winning Raising a Sensory Smart Child, with a foreword by Temple Grandin and author of Sensory Processing Challenges: Effective Clinical Work with Kids & Teens. He holds deep knowledge and experience in all facets of native digital video—content, product, partnerships, audience development, and monetization. He is equally left-brain/right-brain—creative and analytical.
