What do you want to be when you grow up?

Invictus is first and foremost a community: a veritable tribe of bakers, parents, educators, instructors, local allies and professional mentors. We welcome people from all arenas into our community with open arms - some of us have different abilities, some of us don’t and all of us have an eagerness to train a talented, productive workforce and to create real-world jobs. We build what we believe, and we believe in a truly inclusive world - one in which adults with autism can succeed in demanding jobs given the right kind of training and technological tools. Invictus Enterprises finds viable, profitable businesses that have a process that can be broken down into steps, craft artful modifications, teach, train and empower independence within our own, curated workplace.

Our mission begins with asking the simple question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" and re-frames the narrative as we provide the first step on a ladder to quality employment for young people both on and off the autism spectrum, neurotypical or differently abled. We run Work Readiness Courses that train and prepare young men and women for a lifetime of productivity and meaningful employment.  Our Courses are open to the public.

Our first product No Bones About It is a hand-made, all-natural dog biscuit. The more we sell, the more productive and talented people we can put to work. All proceeds from sales go back into job training and employment.
